Sales & Purchase Policies

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage all buyers to review product descriptions, photographs, and dimensions carefully before purchasing.

We do not hold items and do not accept deposits. Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Set discount: A 10% discount applies when purchasing a set that includes one dining table and four or more chairs.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any offer, and to suspend or cancel a sale prior to completion of payment, including in cases of pricing errors. If there is a problem with your purchase, we will work with you to resolve it.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are firm on our prices.

Prices do not include Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25%, which is applied to all applicable purchases. Buyers outside Massachusetts are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs, or import duties in their jurisdiction.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer local delivery to the greater Boston area for $99. For larger sets or distances beyond our standard area, please contact us for a quote.

Nationwide shipping is available via FedEx Home Delivery. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, calculated based on size, weight, and destination. All item prices are FOB Acton, MA.

International buyers are responsible for all freight, insurance, customs, and destination costs. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns.

If you receive an item that is materially different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability

Danish Design Exchange LLC makes no warranties beyond what is explicitly stated in each product description. All items are vintage and sold in the condition described and photographed.
